Culina, Modern Italian Debuts Sunday Suppers This Fall at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills

Sunday Supper includes a four-course menu changing weekly for $39 per person

Adding to its repertoire of modern Italian cuisine, each week beginning chef Meredith Manee will create a four-course menu of comforting seasonal fare such as bruschetta with grilled rustic bread, black mission figs, blue di bufala and onion marmellata; orecchiette baresi with heirloom cherry tomatoes, rapini, garlic and peperoncino;spigola, a grilled stuffed whole wild striped bass with spinach, crimini mushrooms, lemon and ciabatta bread crumbs; and desserts such as Culina’s famous Kitchen Sink, a decadent combination of several house-made gelato flavuors along with toppings including meringue sticks and candied cherries. The menu will be paired with unique wine selections from Culina’s collection of more than 200 labels by newly appointed Wine Director Chris Bradford. The Sunday Suppers are offered every Sunday, 6:00 – 10:30 pm, and priced at USD 39.00 per person, with wine pairings starting at USD 15.00 per glass and USD 60.00 per bottle.

Inspired by a classic Italian enoteca, Culina captures the intersection of traditional flavours and modern presentations. Keeping with the local neighbourhood Italian theme, the Sunday Suppers will continue to provide an elegant yet relaxed environment for locals and international visitors alike.
