A dynamic force in today’s culinary world, Eran Tibi embodies the spirit of a modern chef. Brimming with vitality and shaped by his Tunisian and Syrian lineage, his restaurants mirror his personality—lively, bold, and sophisticated dining spots that celebrate a range of Eastern Mediterranean flavors, including Tunisian, Syrian, and Greek influences. Food has been a cornerstone of Eran’s life, from his grandfather’s restaurant and bar to his father’s bakery. After honing his skills at Le Cordon Bleu, he spent four years refining his craft with Sami Tamimi at Ottolenghi, followed by stints at Nopi and Made in Camden with Josh Katz.
