This year’s special menu offers delectable starter options such as roasted sunchokes with black truffles, baby root vegetables with Drake Farm goat cheese and carmelized pecans, chicken veloute, or pan-seared Maine diver scallops.

For a twist on the traditional main courses, enjoy organic turkey with eggplant stuffing, lobster with smoked fingerling potato and chestnut, wild cod cabillaud with fennel and orange, or antelope tenderloin with white pumpkin and faro grains. Vegetarian options available.

Sweeten the night with delicious dessert selections such as pumpkin pie cremeux, chocolate s’mores, or spiced orange jelly and persimmon sorbet.
