- Carlson Rezidor announces new Park Inn by Radisson hotel scheduled to open in Liège in 2020
BRUSSELS, Belgium, 2017-Jun-15 — /Travel PR News/ — Carlson Rezidor continues to strengthen its presence in Western Europe with another hotel signing in Belgium. A new-build Park Inn by Radisson hotel is scheduled to open in Liège in 2020.

Earlier this year, Carlson Rezidor opened a new Park Inn by Radisson hotel in Hasselt and Brussels Airport. The group will soon open its second Park Inn by Radisson hotel in Antwerp (Berchem) and one in Amsterdam (Sloterdijk).
The 100-room Park Inn by Radisson Liège will have a restaurant, meeting space for 40 delegates and underground parking. Travelers and shoppers will be delighted by the central location. Situated at the N3 intercity connection road, the hotel is right next to the Opera on the border of Liège’s largest pedestrian retail area, and just 200 meters from the cultural highlights of the city. The hotel is 10 km from Liège Airport and 200 meters from the Gare du Palais railway station, with direct connections to main central stations of Hasselt, Maastricht, Brussels and Liège-Guillemins.
The newly built hotel is being developed by Bricks & Leisure Real Estate, a leading Belgian hotel investment company with more than 40 years of experience. Owners of 12 hotels in Belgium, Bricks & Leisure is excited to add a hotel in the heart of Wallonia’s fastest upcoming market. By means of financing, half of the hotel rooms will be sold to private investors who seek a hassle-free, long-term investment with a limited budget. They will be able to “buy” a hotel room as a financial investment, without any private use.
