British Airways announces 20% discount on its full-motion flight simulator experiences just in time for Father’s Day
LONDON, 2016-Jun-08 — /Travel PR News/ — British Airways is offering the perfect Father’s Day gift idea for dads wanting to unleash their inner pilot with a 20 per cent discount on its full-motion flight simulator experiences.
The airline is offering the Father’s Day discount on gift vouchers booked by June 19, 2016* for use during the next 12 months.
The simulators, which are used to train British Airways’ 4,000 professional pilots, are the real thing and will make the perfect gift for would-be pilots.
Using cutting edge technology and graphics the state-of-the-art simulators give would-be pilots the opportunity to fly to and from more than 180 of the airline’s worldwide destinations, such as its new routes to Lima, Peru and San Jose in Costa Rica.
All sessions are accompanied by an instructor and no previous flying experience is necessary.
Flights in a Boeing 767 simulator are available at £319, reduced from £399 or in a simulated jumbo jet or Boeing 777 for £359, reduced from £449 per hour long session.
Gift vouchers are available for purchase at www.ebaft.com. Bookings must be made by June 19, 2016 using the promotional code DAD2016 to receive the 20 per cent discount. Flight simulator experiences can be made for available dates during the 12 months to the end of June 2017.
The experience starts with a full technical briefing from a pilot followed by an hour’s flying time in which you can land and take-off from multiple airports as well as cruising through blue skies.
The full-flight simulators are located at British Airways’ Flight Training Centre near Heathrow.
