From delectable braised oyster with black moss and conpoy to tasty snacks such as turnip pudding, this will be the perfect opportunity for family, friends and couples to spend some quality time together.

On the 2nd day of the Lunar New Year, 1st February 2014, come and enjoy the spectacular firework display with a tantalizing Chinese dinner at Above & Beyond which is located on the top of the hotel. 8-course set dinner is priced at HK$1,488 plus 10% service charge per person, the menu includes a glass of Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage 2004 Champagne.

A Chinese New Year feast is never complete without pudding, this year, Chef Joseph Tse has handpicked the greatest ingredients and handcrafted 5 flavours of puddings, which will surely delight your taste buds.

Full of intense flowery aroma, the Crystal Osmanthus Jelly with Bird’s Nest and Wolfberries, priced at HK$268. Made with the brown sugar from Okinawa, the Brown Sugar and Coconut Milk Pudding, priced at HK$138 is a healthy choice for those with a sweet tooth. There is also Hokkaido milk pudding with red bean (HK$188) rich in creamy milk and velvety taste. In addition to the traditional ingredients, Chef Tse uses the Spanish Parma Ham and the Japanese Dried Sakura Shrimps for the Turnip Pudding with Parma
Ham and Conpoy (HK$188) and Taro Pudding with Preserved Meat and Japanese Dried Sakura Shrimps (HK$188). Order is available from now until 23rd January 2014.

Fireworks
