The Travel Shop, located in the heart of Deira, first opened its doors in 2011, providing a wide range of services to customers. The newly revamped space now boasts a modern, sleek design, featuring digital service stations, private consultation zones, and a comfortable lounge-style waiting area. The shop offers a variety of services including flight bookings, travel plan modifications, UAE visa services, and flydubai Holidays packages, all delivered with personalized assistance from flydubai’s experienced service agents.

This is part of a series of significant upgrades, following the airline’s January 2024 launch of a multimillion-dollar retrofit programme aimed at fully refreshing the cabins of its 25 Next-Generation Boeing 737 aircraft. In addition, in October 2024, flydubai unveiled a new Business Class check-in area, followed by the opening of its Business Class Lounge at Terminal 2, Dubai International (DXB) in December 2024.
