Wyndham, The Registry Collection Program Celebrates Overseas Property Professional (OPP) Award

Kettering, UK, 2012-11-08 — /travelprnews.com/ — World’s largest luxury exchange program takes Silver for Best Supporting Service

The Registry Collection®, the world’s largest luxury exchange program, was honored with the Silver Award for Best Supporting Service in the property developer services category at the OPP 2012 Awards For Excellence dinner.

The dinner was held on Oct. 10 at The Brewery, a prestigious event venue in the heart of London, where The Registry Collection’s Matt Holmes, business development manager – Europe, received the award on behalf of the luxury leisure exchange brand in front of a packed house.

“We are delighted to win this award which highlights the important service The Registry Collection can play in a luxury resort real estate project,” said Holmes. “We are especially delighted to be recognized as the top holiday exchange services provider in the broad and vastly competitive category of Developer Services. We feel this demonstrates The Registry Collection’s capabilities in providing valuable product enhancement, together with marketing and lead generation services across all forms of luxury resort ownership – be it on a shared- or whole-ownership basis.”

Holmes and his colleagues at The Registry Collection also applauded iOAdria, the developers behind affiliated resort The Residences at Dubrovnik Sun Gardens, as they took two Gold Awards for Best Developer – Europe and Best Global Developer. Based in Croatia, the development is establishing a reputation as one of Europe’s most attractive lifestyle and residential destinations.

Julian Houchin, commercial director of iOAdria, commented: “We are honored to be recognized by OPP for Best Developer, both in Europe and across the globe. Such recognition from leaders within the industry is gratifying and a testimony to our hard work, commitment and passion in the development of luxury resorts in Croatia. These awards have positioned Dubrovnik Sun Gardens as Croatia’s premier five-star integrated resort, thereby endorsing the view of those who have already bought into the development.

“We are also excited by our affiliation to The Registry Collection and firmly believe that it is helping to generate interest and sales at The Residences at Dubrovnik Sun Gardens.”

Congratulating the iOAdria team, Holmes added: “We are thrilled that our valued affiliate, Dubrovnik Sun Gardens, scooped two of OPP’s most prestigious awards. This correlates with the amazing feedback we receive from those of our members who have enjoyed this resort experience first-hand. It is a majestic development in a world-class location and we at The Registry Collection are proud to have an association with this development and would like to congratulate everyone involved in the project on receiving the well-deserved recognition.”
