Wizz Air implements the new cabin bag policy

NO MORE HAND LUGGAGE FEES

BUDAPEST, Hungary, 2017-Nov-02 — /Travel PR News/ — Wizz Air, the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, introduced the new cabin bag policy, allowing all passengers to travel with one piece of bigger hand luggage free of charge.

Passengers will automatically be entitled to travel with one piece of hand luggage with maximum dimensions of 55x40x23cm and a maximum weight of 10kg as part of the price of their ticket. Passengers will be able to bring on board items of duty free purchased at the airport after security checks.

For customers looking for extra cabin baggage allowance, WIZZ Priority service allows passengers to bring an additional small bag on board and place it under the seat with maximum dimensions of 40x30x18cm. The service guarantees that their free hand luggage (55x40x23cm) will be placed in the cabin area. WIZZ Priority also allows passengers to skip the queue at boarding and be amongst the first to board the plane (The WIZZ Priority service is also available for passengers when purchasing WIZZ Go, WIZZ Plus and the WIZZ Privilege Pass).
