In order to analyze success based upon these values, there is a necessity to provide enhanced data including the ability to measure total revenue per guest as well as to understand the true cost of a reservation by channel. The webinar will delve into these new metrics, analyze the pros and cons of each, discuss the impact on hotel technology integration and showcase what best practices and business intelligence will be necessary to enable the industry to measure success.
