2013-06-12 — /travelprnews.com/ — Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) in its ongoing promotion, World Destination of Food in Thailand, invites both domestic and international tourists who love food to participate in the “Thai Food Festival” under the concept of “24/7 Everywhere…..Easy Tasty Street Food.” This campaign goes hand in hand with CNNGo’s naming Bangkok as the world’s best city for street food.
Governor of Tourism Authority of Thailand Mr. Suraphon Svetasreni has invited global tourists to come to try Thai food, including CNNGo’s “Top Ten Thai Street Foods,” which includes such favorites as Moo Ping (Grilled Pork),KanomKrok (Thai coconut pudding), Cha Yen (Thai iced tea) and other delectable dishes from over 50 well-known restaurants in various areas of Bangkok.
The “Thai Food Festival” will be held between June 13-16, 2013 at the activity zone of Central World Square, Zones B and C. There are many activities in the festival, including cooking demonstrations, comedy and music performances. Many famous artists and actors will also be participating in this festival. Those registering for this event are eligible to receive the book, Amazing Street Food in Bangkok (limited copy) and many other lucky draw prizes.
