After the appetizers are cooked and served, Chef Johnny starts to turn off the lights in the Teppanyaki area which will shock the guests because they think there is a power outage, however, the darkness replaces by the lit-up fire. Yes, the chef does the flaming by splashing the brandy on the grill. Then the diners applaud the attractions performed by Chef Johnny. A bit of drama in some of the interactions carried out by the chef, namely by using a large knife only to cut vegetables or flip prawns onto the grill. At the end of serving the food, Chef Johnny still surprises guests by writing on the hot pan a thank you for enjoying Teppanyaki at Nagisa Izakaya Bali, the chef even writes the guest’s name on it using sea salt.
