The decision taken by the Frankfurt-based Steigenberger Hotel Group to offer unlimited Internet access free of charge in all public areas and hotel rooms has made it a pioneer on the German hotel market in this regard.
This service represents a reaction to the wishes and enhanced expectation levels of guests, who now list free WiFi as one of the most important criteria when selecting a hotel.
