Macau International Fireworks Celebration package is available on 14, 19, 21, 28 September and 1 October 2013, with rates starting from MOP 4,088 per night, and includes:

Meanwhile, a six-course fireworks degustation menu meticulously created by Dominique Bugnand, Director of Culinary Operations and Food & Beverage, is available at the stylish

Vida Rica Restaurant from 1 September to 1 October 2013. Highlighted dishes include caramelised apple consommé, foie gras cream brûlée and chocolate spark, steamed Brittany blue lobster with air-dried Yunnan ham, Shaoxin wine caviar and gold leaves, roasted duck breast with orange and sage risotto, and Chef’s special Peach Melba.

The fireworks degustation set is priced at MOP 888 per person for the selected four courses, MOP 1,188 for six courses including a glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne, and MOP 1,488 for six courses including a glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne and wine pairing.

At the chic Vida Rica Bar, which looks out towards the mesmerising fireworks display through its double-height ceilings and windows, a Fireworks Celebration Buffet is served to complement the experience between 7:30pm and 10:00pm on 14, 19, 21, 28 September and 1 October 2013. Guests can look forward to a dazzling variety of international delicacies, including an oyster and seafood bar, assorted sushi and sashimi, fine cheeses from across the world, Portuguese cold cuts, seafood paella, duck leg confit, Wagyu beef spare ribs and a delectable selection of desserts.

The Fireworks Celebration Buffet is priced at MOP 388 per adult and 50% off for children between 6 and 11 years old. For additional indulgence, the buffet is valued at MOP 498 per person with a glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne, and MOP 1,398 for two with a bottle of Moët & Chandon Champagne.
