The RED C Brand Reaction Index evaluates consumer emotional connection across various industries, with 176 brands assessed across 21 sectors using advanced facial coding technology to interpret emotional engagement. Shannon Airport’s continued upward trajectory in the rankings highlights its enduring connection with Irish consumers and affirms its reputation for delivering consistent customer satisfaction.
