Our aim for both the website and the app is to provide customers with everything they need to know from the planning stages of a trip right through to boarding the plane at Shannon. The information on the website is broken down into four key steps: Plan, Prepare, Park and Relax, which incorporate everything a passenger needs to know in advance of travelling.
We have enhanced the timetable section of the site to include connecting flights with low cost airlines. This allows our customers to see all of their options when planning to fly from Shannon, no matter where their final destination is. It also allows our overseas customers to easily plan their flights into Shannon.
Using the app you will find information on flights including travel advisory notifications, getting here, destinations, airlines, tour operators, shopping, parking and all the latest news at your fingertips. The app can be downloaded from shannonairport.ie and QR codes, which can be scanned to download the app, will be available at strategic locations throughout the airport and incorporated into future advertising campaigns.
