This agreement follows SAS’s recent inclusion in the SkyTeam alliance on September 1, and aims to bolster travel options between North America and Scandinavia.
The new codeshare will provide customers of both airlines with improved access and convenience, allowing SAS travelers to connect to over 150 destinations across North America via Delta’s major hubs, including Atlanta, Boston, Los Angeles, New York, and Seattle. In turn, Delta passengers will benefit from access to 50 destinations in Northern Europe, expanding their reach beyond SAS’s hubs in Copenhagen, Oslo, and Stockholm.
