Hilton Sydney‘s multi award-winning Zeta Bar launches their latest Friday Night Concept: Coney Island. It promises evenings of the unexpected, perfectly paradoxical and the weird and wonderful.
Held every Friday from August 10 starting at 6 p.m., Zeta Bar will be magically transformed into the Greatest Show On Earth – for a limited time only.
Experience Coney Island’s delicious celebration of the bizarre, served with side of unexpected dark and luxe-Zeta style. Circus-inspired freak shows, tarot card readers, tattooist, funfair games of coconut shy, strongman acts, hot dog stands and circus sideshows.
All this combined with a range of specially concocted twisted 1950s cocktails – cider-spiked toffee apples, cosmopolitan candy floss, long island iced tea snow cones, “alchoshakes”, “nitro shooter bar”, classic cocktail sorbet bar and much-much more!
The inventive Coney Island concept is the brainchild of Grant Collins; Zeta Bar’s international bar consultant and mixologist, responsible for also launching Farmer’s Market and Extreme Cabaret among other concepts.
Zeta Bar’s Coney Island opens for business every Friday from 6 p.m., launching Friday August 10 until the end of October.
