The cocktail menu features ten new, carefully crafted drinks, each one representing a fusion of Sicilian flavours with international influences. The menu includes classics from around the globe, along with four expertly crafted mocktails, designed to offer something for every taste.
Igiea Terrazza Bar, open daily from 10:30 am to midnight, offers the perfect setting to enjoy a coffee, light lunch, or unwind with an aperitivo while enjoying live music and panoramic views of the Gulf of Palermo. Perpetuum – A British classic inspired by the Sicilian bounty of Marsala. This cocktail blends the island’s warmth with Benriach The Twenty One Whisky, Marsala Florio Aegusa 2001, and Campari, delivering robust and smoky fruity notes.
Sakura – Inspired by Sicily’s connection with Japan, this cocktail celebrates Etna’s fiery influence and blends Bulldog Gin, Medlar liqueur, Yuzu sake, and Sakura Bitter for a spicy and floral taste.
Via Calia – A tribute to Sicily’s agricultural influence in Tunisia, this drink blends Santa Spina Prickly Pear Cactus Eau de Vie, Pomelia Liqueur, Mint, and Turmeric for a smoky, exotic flavor.
