Available for lunch and dinner from February 5 to 24, 2024, Chef Peter Ho has prepared a multi-course feasting menu that showcases traditional and auspicious dishes eaten at the reunion dinner on Chinese New Year.

To begin, guests will take part in the Yu Sheng ritual, or Prosperity Toss Salad, a tangy salad traditionally eaten while standing and tossed with chopsticks, with the higher the toss indicating the better the luck that person will have in the New Year.

A selection of delicious and authentic courses follow, including slow cooked five heads Australian abalone, succulent eight-treasures duck, steamed jumbo king prawns, braised vegetables with fermented red bean curd and more.
