MegZany Brings Inspiring Fine Art to Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village

Luxury Five-Diamond Hotel launches collaboration with internationally recognized artist

Los Angeles, Westlake Village, U.S.A., 2023-Feb-01 — /Travel PR News/ — Los Angeles-based MegZany checks in to the award-winning Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village bringing fine art meant to positively incite and inspire art admirers and enthusiasts.

The Art Gallery

The vibrant collection displayed in the Hotel’s Art Gallery is made available to guests to the more than 12-acre (5 hectare) urban retreat. The collection includes many works in MegZany’s controlled wild style, plus bespoke pieces by distinguished artists David Garibaldi, Gregory Siff, Risk, Freehand Profit, Sean Yoro and Blake Jamieson. “I am elated to showcase my work and curate the Art Gallery at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village — the prestigiousness and value the Hotel holds is reflective of qualities I hold my work to,” explains MegZany. “I am confident our partnership brings more opportunities beyond our wildest imaginations; we have a lot in store for our guests.”

Paint the Change

Just as John Butler once said, “Art changes people, people change the world,” MegZany uses artwork to incorporate her core values of equality for all and deliver public messages that serve for the greater good. She believes that art and public service campaigns are a vital piece in the rise of people’s wellbeing and neighbourhoods alike. As a result, her art can be found in galleries and on building walls around the world including Paris, London, Brussels, Berlin, Chicago, New York, New Orleans, Portland, Seattle, and Las Vegas to name a few.

In the coming months, MegZany will showcase her talent on the open-air parking garage at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village. Set to kick-off in early 2023, the 6 x 9 foot (1.8 x 2.7 metre) mural will reflect thought provoking messages. To follow along with MegZany’s work, follow @FSWestlake on Instagram.

More about MegZany

MegZany specializes in fine-art and is a curator who began as a street artist widely known for her public service campaigns promoting equality and creativity. Described by CMT as “50% bright-eyed, 50% bad-ass,” MegZany is one of the most dynamic artists working today. MegZany’s career as an artist started in her hometown of Los Angeles in 2016 and has since expanded into a multidisciplinary art practice that centres the rise of higher consciousness— listening to your inner soul, being one with nature, love and be loved, and helping others. Her work represents self-care in the way of a wake-up call urging viewers to act out of courage to carry out their life’s purpose. MegZany always considered herself an artist and soon realized she would rather pursue her creative passions and spread messages of empowerment, and courage to achieve new societal norms than work in the corporate world. After being introduced to legendary street artist WRDSMTH at a gallery show, she began her career as a street artist, under the guidance of WRDSMTH. MegZany created her first art piece, 8 feet wide by 4 feet high (2.4 x 1.2 metres) image of a banner-carrying biplane with the message “Turn Signals are Back in Style.” MegZany refers to completing this work as her “all-in” moment, and she dissolved her recruiting company the same day. MegZany now uses art as a platform to be of service to others. Her work includes exterior murals and canvases in galleries around the world, and commercial commissions, which she only takes on if the company expresses positive messages that align with her brand. MegZany is also an NFT Crypto Artist with her sold-out collection with partner Blake Jamieson, The Fugly, which is on OpenSea. She has collaborated with Coach, Dave Navarro, YBN Nahmir, Graffiti writer Risk Rock, Phoebe New York, TOMS, Fox Searchlight, and Netflix to name a few. Since her start in 2016, MegZany has been featured in The Huffington Post, Daily Dot, and Street Art Stories on CMT.
