MAXX by Steigenberger Bad Honnef names Martin Brehm as General Manager

Frankfurt am Main, Germany, 2019-Nov-29 — /Travel PR News/ — 53-year old Martin Brehm has been appointed General Manager of the MAXX by Steigenberger Bad Honnef with immediate effect. Mr. Brehm will act as both a central point of contact and General Manager. In this capacity, he will be responsible for all of the business areas at the 101-room hotel whilst also supporting Deutsche Hospitality within the scope of the group’s growth strategy for the young MAXX by Steigenberger brand.

Martin Brehm originally trained as a restaurant and hotel specialist and has held various positions in the fields of human resources management and payroll accounting over the past few years. The experiences he gained as Director of Human Resources and third Managing Director at the Radisson Blu Hotel Hamburg will prove particularly valuable in his new function as General Manager. Mr. Brehm holds a recognised qualification from the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry which enables him to act as a trainer in all common occupations within the hotel and restaurant sector. He is also a certified specialist commercial manager for human resources. “The appointment of Martin Brehm means that we have acquired the services of an exceptionally experienced manager,” explained Robert Boller, Managing Director of MAXX Hotel GmbH. “He is a true industry professional with a great head for figures. But he is also able to deal with staff in a highly sensitive way because he has learned his trade from the bottom up. We are very much looking forward to working with Mr. Brehm in future and extend a warm welcome to him as he joins our company.”

The MAXX by Steigenberger Bad Honnef is a non-smoking hotel which is located in the town’s Spa Gardens together with several historic sights. The centre of Bad Honnef is also within easy walking distance. The hotel’s rooms are divided into the categories of Standard, Comfort, Superior and Suite. Several of the double rooms are accessible for disabled guests. The conference facilities at the MAXX by Steigenberger Bad Honnef provide an ideal venue for business meetings, whilst the Spa and Congress Centre also offers a stage and is a suitably celebratory location for private events. Two further hotels operating under this young and charismatic brand can be found in Vienna and Potsdam.
