The InterCityHotel Frankfurt Airport offers 360 rooms and 19 conference rooms. The ideal transport links it provides make it popular with guests from all over the world. The leasehold agreement, originally concluded until 30 June 2048, has now been extended early in order to make sure that successful operations can continue as before.

The construction of 400 further rooms is scheduled to coincide with the completion of Terminal 3. This extension plan is already included in the leasehold agreement.
The hotel’s own colony of bees, which have set up home on the roof of the InterCityHotel where two hives produce 40 kilos of honey a year, are also sure to benefit.
The contractual partners involved in the leasehold extension are Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide in its capacity as freeholder, InterCityHotel GmbH as lessee and Greenspruce Frankfurt S.à.r.l. as leaseholder.
