Kenya Airways celebrates 36th anniversary by giving back to its customers

Prizes include a Ranger Rover Sport car and fully paid holidays 

Nairobi, 2013-04-26— /travelprnews.com/ — As part of celebrations to mark its 36th anniversary national carrier, Kenya Airways, has rewarded one lucky customer with a Range Rover Sport car and four others with all-expenses-paid family holidays to different destinations across the world.

The car and family holidays to Paris, Bangkok, Dubai and Seychelles were awarded to winning customers during the grand draw of a promotion that has been running since January 22, 2013.

In addition to the car, 31 return air tickets to Lagos, Cairo, Delhi, Seychelles and Kilimanjaro have been won during the promotion.

Presiding over the grand draw at Kenya Airways’ Pride Centre’s lobby, the airline’s Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr.Titus Naikuni, said the 36th anniversary was a major milestone for the company.

“We feel honoured to have been the pride of Africa for the last 36 years and thank our customers for the support they continue to give us going into the future, ” Dr Naikuni said.

He pledged the airline’s commitment to deliver an unmatched world class experience to all customers who fly on its aircraft, adding that Kenya Airways would keep quality customer service at the center of its operations.

Kenya Airways launched its first flight in February 1977 following breakup of the East African Community, and the disbanding of East African Airways. Today, Kenya Airways flies to over 50 destinations across the world and operates a fleet of 41 aircraft.
