The luxury hotel hosts the final event of the season on November 2, 2018

Port de Sóller, 2018-Oct-13 — /Travel PR News/ — Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa puts the finishing touch to the Guest Chef Series events of the season with a special celebration. Four of the best chefs on the island will join the hotel’s executive chef, Javier Soriano, to put together a unique tasting menu with wine pairing.

The evening will start at 19:30 on 2 November 2018 with a wine presentation and wine tasting showcasing a galore of wineries, including some from Mallorca, followed by a five-course tasting dinner. Each course will be paired with a different wine, offering attendees the chance to savor the essence of Mallorcan cuisine.

This special event allows for a maximum capacity of 60 people as part of an exciting experience that includes both gastronomic evening and a 1-night stay on a bed and breakfast basis including access to the hotel’s award-winning Talise spa.

In this third Guest Chef Series edition, invited chefs are:

• Marga Coll, from Miceli and Arrels by Marga Coll restaurants: whose style of cooking is rooted in traditional Mallorcan food, and inspired by the seasonal products of the local markta that she frequents herself on a daily basis

• Bernabé Carvotta, from Vandal restaurant: the creative, innovative approach of Caravotta’s cuisine mixes cultural references from different countries, combining flavors and textures with harmony.

• Simon Petutschnig from the Fera restaurant: Simon’s fusion cuisine with his so-called “Mediterrasian” combines Mediterranean and Asian references with a marked contemporary character.

• Ariadna Salvador and Pau Navarro, the chefs behind Clandestí Taller Gastronomic. His innovative interpretations of Mallorcan classic dishes are based on local ingredients and are delivered using a variety of surprising methods and equipment.

Each Guest Chef will transmit their style and culinary identity, creating a unique experience that combines a diversity of styles with differentiating elements for each of them. An authentic showcase of the best culinary talent in Mallorca.
