In the JAL Group Medium Term Management Plan, one of the management goals focused on improving customer satisfaction levels by the year 2020. Based on customer feedback, the carrier has been continuously examining website functionalities to improve customer usability. This recent upgrade includes a redesigned domestic flight reservation page, featuring enhanced functions on a user-friendly platform, making it possible to search and book domestic flights with ease.
JAL will continue to take on the challenge to enhance its website and strive to improve customer convenience.
Simple Design and User Friendly
In addition to reviewing the screen composition and text size, we adopted a more intuitive design. Customers can select flights at the lowest fares and locate details of the aircraft.
Completing a Reservation with Ease
With recent enhancements, reservations can be booked and purchased with minimal steps.
In addition, members can upgrade their class of service to Class J or First Class during the booking process.
Enhancement of Smartphone Site
Reservation system displays availability and fare information suitable for smartphones.
In addition, the site added a round trip search function to the smartphone site.
Smartphone site in English will be renewed soon.
English Site is Now More Convenient
For the English site, the following functions have been added for customers.
・Use of e JAL points for ticket purchase.
