To further enhance the unique dining experience, GREEN is serving up a new “Sweet Autumn” afternoon tea set only from 27 October to 30 November 2015.

Hotel ICON’s Executive Pastry Chef Danny Ho has designed a set of authentic fresh savories and pastries perfect for the autumn season. Seven kinds of savory treats include thick-cut Smoked Salmon, Mushroom Vol-au-vent with Cajun Shrimp, Cherry Tomato stuffed with Pesto Mozzarella, Crudités with Bloody Mary, Foie Gras Truffle, and Duck Confit on Toast.

Continuing with a collection of irresistible desserts including Hazelnut Chocolate Tart, Earl Grey Chocolate, Tiramisu, Blueberry Cheese with Crumble, Mango Mousse with Framboise and Lemon Meringue Tart. This afternoon tea set is a refreshing choice for sweet autumn.

About Chef Danny
With talent and tenacity, Chef Danny oversees all pastry and bakery operations at the hotel. A Malaysian, he is known for his mastery of French pastries. His sugar showpieces have won countless awards including the Gold with Distinction Award in Pastry Professional Showpiece at the Hong Kong International Culinary Classic 2007, 2011 and 2013.
