Hilton Terminal 5 Wins Seven Awards

LONDON, 2013-02-20 — /travelprnews.com/ — Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 is celebrating after winning a total of seven accolades at the Annual Hotel Recognition Awards.

In a series of award wins across categories including Team of the Year, Guest Recognition Award and Manager of the Year, many of the employees at the leading hotel excelled at their achievements.

A number of individual employees at Hilton Terminal 5 were praised for showing outstanding commitment, contribution to the hotel’s CSR policy and community initiatives, as well as outstanding service to customers.

In addition to this, Mr Todiwala’s Kitchen, the hotel’s signature restaurant, picked up Team of the Year. Run by celebrity chef Cyrus Todiwala OBE, the team were recognised for their proactive team spirit and for delivering exceptional service in addition to the outstanding cuisine.

Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5, which opened in 2011, has implemented a number of training programmes designed to create an inspiring team culture and empower employees to provide exceptional service.
