Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Cotai Strip Celebrates Christmas and New Year with Dazzling Dining Delights

Traditional and international favourites, plus a festive Afternoon Tea

For those who prefer a warm and cozy gathering, the European-style Windows Restaurant will be a good choice. Windows will serve a special four-course set dinner menu on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. In addition to home smoked salmon confit, watercress and basil salad; and seared king scallop with truffled soft polenta and parmesan, diners will enjoy one of the three main courses including roast turkey breast and braised turkey legs with traditional stuffing; oven roasted cod fish with cherry tomatoes, baby potatoes, olives and fresh oregano; as well as smoked duck breast with braised red cabbage, pear and cinnamon are available, before the dinner is completed with a festive dessert of white yule log.

Furthermore, guests can also choose to bring the family to taste the Windows festive Afternoon Tea available from December 23, 2012 until January 1, 2013. The special set menu for Afternoon Tea features genuinely classic scones, as well as some innovative savoury and sweet treats. For those who would like to enjoy this delectable Afternoon Tea with Santa, join the fun on December 24 and 25 when Santa will be there.

For those who would like to celebrate the festive season with a stunning big feast, a festive buffet at Belcanção will definitely be a natural choice. Chef Klaus will present the traditional roasted turkey as part of the festive international buffet on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Other delicious items include wagyu beef and foie gras mini burger with red onion marmalade; grilled wagyu kebab with steak house sauce and spicy fries; roast chicken piri piri with chorizo and olives; pan seared sea bass with cherry tomatoes, olives and oregano; and an array of beautiful desserts to amaze the sweet tooth. Then on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, the holiday fun will be extended with a new menu of delightful international favourites.
