Four Seasons Hotel Chicago will celebrate either a Cubs or White Sox victory on April 1 with half off the signature homemade hot dog at Allium

No April Fools: Allium’s Signature Homemade Hot Dog Goes Half Price on April 1 at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago with a Season Opening Victory by the Chicago Cubs or White Sox. If both teams win, Allium will serve up a complimentary draft beer with the half-price hot dog.

2013-03-20 — /travelprnews.com/ — Root, root, root for the home team Opening Day of the regular baseball season as Four Seasons Hotel Chicago will celebrate either a Cubs or White Sox victory on April 1 with half off the signature homemade hot dog at Allium.

The USD 14.00 hot dog, Executive Chef Kevin Hickey’s homemade interpretation of a ballpark frank, will be available for USD 7.00 with either a Cubs win at Pittsburgh or a Sox win over the Kansas City Royals on the South Side.

If both teams win, raise a glass to Chicago home team victories with one complimentary glass of draft beer along with the half price hot dog. Complimentary beer only available with hot dog purchase and the promotion is only available on April 1, 2013.

Allium’s hot dog is completely homemade in a hand-cranked sausage grinder. Hickey and team smoke, boil and char the hot dog before serving it on a poppy-seed brioche bun.

The hot dog is served with french fries and house-made condiments such as relish, beer mustard, and pickles. For those who like to enjoy hot dogs the authentic Chicago way – without ketchup – the homemade ketchup is best paired with the French fries.

For reservations call 312 799 4900 or book online.
