Gourmet Getaway Package offers special experiences at Wit & Wisdom, PABU and LAMILL COFFEE

With discerning gourmands in mind, Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore has created a Gourmet Getaway Package that includes the opportunity to experience celebrity chef Michael Mina’s celebrated restaurants: Wit & Wisdom, a modern American tavern; PABU, a contemporary Japanese izakaya; and LAMILL COFFEE, a European café.

Upon arriving at the Hotel, Gourmet Getaway patrons will receive a welcome in-room amenity, a signed Michael Mina cookbook. Guests can choose to set their three-course dinner for two at PABU or Wit & Wisdom, and enjoy confirmed reservations in the restaurants’ prime seating areas as well as a meet-and-greet with one of the chefs. The gustatory adventure continues the following morning with a coffee and pastry experience at LAMILL COFFEE, the Hotel’s specialty café, where baristas will lead a tasting and discussion on how to successfully pair coffees and teas with food.

A True Epicurean Immersion

For a more in depth culinary adventure, guests can enhance their visit with an à la carte menu of epicurean experiences. A suggested gastronomic journey begins with pre-dinner appetizers and drinks in the lounge at Wit & Wisdom, with floor to ceiling windows featuring views overlooking Baltimore’s historic inner harbor. Next, culinarians will delight in a multi-course dinner with sake pairings at PABU, where they will enjoy the entire sushi bar (10 seats) to themselves and can order directly from Executive Chef Jonah Kim, or enjoy omakase style dining – a Japanese expression that means menu selections will be in the hands of the chef. PABU’s Master Sake Sommelier Tiffany Soto will complete the exploration of the senses by selecting sake pairings to accompany the food. The following day, guests will embark on yet another culinary quest with a three-course lunch at Wit & Wisdom with the option to enjoy the restaurant’s popular zero-proof or regular cocktails, including personal instruction about handcrafted beverages from Wit & Wisdom’s bar team.

The Hotel’s Ultimate Foodie Concierge can arrange the Epicurean Immersion Experience or help tailor another personalized, interactive culinary experience. A guide to other foodie stops in Baltimore, one of the country’s most up and coming dining destinations, will also be available.
