Each purchased card with the guest´s wish for 2013 will be displayed on a special Christmas tree in a Hotel lobby.

Festive lunch and dinner menus at CottoCrudo restaurant include festive delicacies such as pan fried foie gras with granny smith apples and caramelized shallots; braised veal cheeks in Barolo; and Valrhona chocolate tart with grated coffee bean ice cream. The three course menu is priced at CZK 950.00, or with paired wines at CZK 1450.00.
Christmas Eve – December 24, 2012
The Chefs will treat guests with something very special on Christmas Eve. A four course dinner menu at CZK 1850.00 features pan fried duck foie gras with caramelized winter fruit, toasted panettone andaceto balsamico; cream corn soup with duck confit; fillet of wild sea bass with Navelli saffron mashed potatoes or traditional fried carp from Trebon in southern Bohemia with ratte potato salad; and baked ginger bread with cinnamon. Kids under 6 years old dine free of charge; 7 – 12 years old at 50 percent off.
Christmas Day Lunch and Dinner – December 25, 2012
Christmas Day Lunch and Dinner include seared scallops with violet artichokes; capon broth with homemade noodles; roasted turkey with stuffing or traditional fried carp from southern Bohemia with potato salad and marron glacé sabayon. Served in CottoCrudo restaurant and priced at CZK 1850.00 per person. Kids under 6 years old dine free of charge, 7 – 12 years old at 50 percent off.
New Year’s Eve – December 31, 2012
The New Year’s Eve celebration starts at 7:00 pm with a cocktail reception in the Hotel lobby, and continues with an exclusive five course degustation menu in CottoCrudo Restaurant. Live DJ session is planned for after dinner to dance the night away. The menu includes duck foie gras terrine, sauternes and mango compote, toasted brioche; seared John Dory fillet with Jerusalem artichokes purée, wild mushrooms and glazed shallots; Aberdeen angus beef fillet with Piedmont black truffle, braised swiss chard and Barolo sauce; Brie de Meaux au lait cru and aged pecorino di fossa with rowanberry chutney; Amedei chocolate cake with orange tuile and amarena cherries and more.
The five course menu including a cocktail reception is priced at CZK 7500.00 per person or CZK 9300.00 per person including paired wines. Kids under 6 years old dine free of charge, 7 – 12 years old at 50 percent off. Dress code is smart elegant.
