New series of classes in cuisine takes guests through various “Popup” kitchens at Hotel

Miami, U.S.A. – 2012-10-18 — /travelprnews.com/ — Four Seasons Hotel Miami debuts an interactive cooking class series to take place at different popup locations throughout the Hotel, occurring about once per month from November 2012 through May 2013. Classes are themed and utilize the current flavours of the season they fall in, and will be held everywhere from a popup poolside kitchen to a specially decorated private dining room at Edge Steak & Bar, the signature restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Miami. Each class will have a maximum of 18 students, creating an intimate hands-on setting for Chef Aaron Brooks and his team to showcase what they have to bring to the table – literally.

Cooking classes cost USD 135.00 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity and include a welcome cocktail, wine and beer during class, a take-home gift bag and of course, plenty of snacks. The popup location of each class will be announced the week before the scheduled date. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 305 381 3190.

In honour of the national Craft Beer Week, enjoy brunch paired with beer and all other bubbly beverages while the Chefs walk participants through how to prepare an array of brunch items including the perfect eggs benedict.
