As further delays are highly probable, passengers are strongly advised to first check the latest flight information on the airline’s website, www.dragonair.com, before departing for the airport.

In order to avoid inconvenience caused by the expected disruption and extended waiting time at the airport, passengers booked on those flights are advised to defer travel until after 8 August. To ensure passengers receive the latest flight status updates via SMS or e-mail, they are advised to update contact details in Manage My Booking at the airline’s website.

The airline will waive re-booking charges for all tickets issued worldwide (irrespective of fare type) on or before 7 August for travel on Dragonair to, from or via Shanghai, Hangzhou and Ningbo between 7 and 8 August.

We will issue further updates once more information becomes available. The airline regrets any inconvenience this may cause and hopes for passengers’ understanding.
