The Boy Scouts will be accompanied by their troop leaders as well as several members of the Sons of American Legion, Squadron 4 of Florence, who provided the flags.  The flags will be in place through Tuesday, Nov. 13.

“We are so are grateful to the brave men and women who serve our country, and we are honored to participate in this event.  We especially want to thank Boy Scout Troop 1 and the Sons of American Legion and all the volunteers who partner with us to honor our armed forces,” says Candace McGraw, Chief Executive Officer of CVG.

CVG is home to two USO Military Lounges located in Concourses A and B.  For the first time in CVG’s history, the airport has partnered with the USO.  The USO Lounges offer a quiet environment for military personnel and their families including computer work-stations with Internet Access, lounge chairs, a TV, and an area for reading and relaxing.

The USO Military Lounges are staffed with volunteers selected by the USO.  To find out how you can volunteer or support the USO and our troops traveling through CVG, please visit: usocso.org.
