Hilton Brighton Metropole Adds Sparkle this Winter with Two Joiner Party Night Packages

Available throughout December and priced from £29.95 per person, guests are invited to party the night away with colleagues, enjoying a three-course meal, half a bottle of wine and a party night DJ.
Waterhouse Christmas Party Nights – From December 1 – 22, every Thursday to Saturday night is a Waterhouse Christmas Party Night at Hilton Brighton Metropole. After a welcome tipple and a festive three-course meal in the elegant surroundings of the newly refurbished Waterhouse Restaurant, guests will be entertained by the hotel’s resident DJ, playing the best in contemporary music. Dishes from the dinner menu include beetroot and vodka cured salmon; traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings; and rich chocolate and praline truffle.
- The Waterhouse Christmas Party Nights package is priced at £39.95 per person for a Thursday event and £44.95 per person Friday – Saturday.
Juice FM Christmas Party Nights – Hilton Brighton Metropole has teamed up with Juice FM to create Juice FM Christmas Party Nights, allowing guests to dance the night away to the latest tunes. Guests will meet in one of the hotel’s sophisticated bars, before sitting down to a three-course dinner, including slow baked beef tomato, corn-fed chicken supreme and poached mulled pear, ginger and mandarin cheesecake. After dinner guests can party into the early hours of the morning with snacks provided upon departure.
- Juice FM Christmas Party Nights are priced at £29.95 per person on Friday November 30 and Saturday December 1, and £39.95 per person every Friday and Saturday night up until December 22.
