Jersey, 2014-03-14 — /Travel PR News/ — Condor Ferries will be celebrating National Ferry Fortnight this March by offering customers the chance to take the family to Guernsey, Jersey and France with half price travel for children on all routes.
Any customer booking a crossing within National Ferry Fortnight (15 – 29 March) will receive 50% discount off their childrens’ travel – ideal for reducing the cost of a holiday with all the family this summer. Ferry travel is ideal for a family trip, with children able to enjoy Condor’s dedicated Kid’s Zone on board, as well as shorter check-in times and no restrictions on luggage – one of National Ferry Fortnight’s key themes this year.
The Channel Islands offer the perfect getaway with beautiful beaches, stunning scenery, fine dining and duty-free shopping. And as Jersey and Guernsey are two of the warmest places in the British Isles, visitors can enjoy the beautiful scenery and fabulous beaches as well as the other attractions.
And if you’re looking for a shorter trip, Condor Ferries is also offering half price day trips when booked during National Ferry Fortnight. Day trip sailings run throughout the summer months, with guests leaving on a morning sailing arriving on the Islands three hours later to settle down to a lunch of locally-sourced produce in one of the many outstanding restaurants while enjoying magnificent views of the beach. Cars can also be accommodated for day trips, enabling visitors to fully explore the Islands.
Justin Amey, Marketing Manager at Condor Ferries, commented: “We’re delighted to be taking part in National Ferry Fortnight once again, and to offer our guests a saving on their family travel. This great deal will allow travellers to get a real taste of the beauty and culture of the Channel Islands. We look forward to welcoming them on board and helping them create some fantastic family holiday memories.”
