Executive Chef Ashley James is preparing an elaborate brunch display with an assortment of stations including the farmers market salad, sushi and seafood, Mexican, Asian, eggs and waffles, meat carving and desserts. Kid-friendly options such as organic chicken tenders, angus beef and cheese sliders, deviled eggs and more are featured on the children’s buffet. Chef Ashley has also introduced both gluten free and vegan stations this year. Gluten free items include eggs benedict, a bacon and cheddar grilled cheese with Grannie’s tomato chutney, as well as a variety of gluten free desserts; while vegan options include tostadas with jicama, pickled red onion and avocado; quesadillas with poblano chilies and caramelized onions; and a chocolate pot de crème.
Mother’s Day Brunch will be served on Sunday, May 12, 2013 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The menu is available for USD 98.00 per adult and USD 45.00 per child. For reservations call 310 860 4000.
