Carlson Rezidor’s global loyalty program Club Carlson won Loyalty Campaign of the Year at 2013 Mega Awards

Vancouver, Canada, 2013-11-22 — / — Carlson Rezidor’s global loyalty program, Club Carlson, has just scooped the Loyalty Campaign of the Year at the 2013 Mega Awards, one of the hospitality industry’s highest accolades!

Mega Awards reward genuine innovation in the airline & travel business, recognizing best loyalty, ancillary revenue and social media activity. Now in its fourth year, the 2013 Mega Awards Gala was held on 13th November in Vancouver, Canada.

Club Carlson’s engaging online campaign was designed to thank members for their loyalty by offering a personalized reward through a social media channel, enhancing the both brand and member engagement. Members were directed to Club Carlson’s Facebook page where they could see an animated presentation of their personal festive offers being unwrapped. They could also send personalized, electronic greeting cards with their own uploaded photos and messages.
