Doors open on Thursday 3 July, inviting travelers to savor light plates crafted with locally sourced ingredients and support South West producers.
Alembic’s menu features an array of small plates—Padron peppers, focaccia, Gambas al Ajillo, Spanish meatballs—alongside sharing boards and daily specials. Guests can complement their meal with regionally roasted coffee or choose from cold beverages, including cocktails made with locally distilled rum, gin, and whisky.
Early risers will find a selection of breakfast options, from classic scrambled eggs on sourdough and bacon croissant rolls to Mediterranean twists like five-bean toast, avocado-topped focaccia, and shakshuka. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes ensure every palate is catered for.
