VIENNA, Austria, 2019-Jan-09 — /Travel PR News/ — It’s time again for the Holiday Fair in Vienna, luring thousands of visitors with that special vacation feeling and attractive travel offers from January 10-13, 2019. Once again, Austrian Airlines is the official airline partner of the trade fair this year. The trade fair stand of Austria’s national carrier with the number 1140 located in Hall A enables interested people to completely immerse themselves in the new world of Austrian Airlines.
In addition to the popular aircraft turbine selfie station, where free flights can be won as prizes, visitors can try out how it feels to sit in the Austrian Airlines Premium Economy Class. We provide people with a glance into the aircraft cabin by using virtual reality glasses, turning the Austrian Airlines Economy Class, Premium Economy Class and Business Class into a tangible experience at the trade fair. Moreover, there is a Miles & More stand and an information counter to answer all questions relating to one’s next journey. The Austrian Airlines Jetshop offers exclusive products of the country’s flag carrier. At our charity helium balloon station, visitors also receive Austrian Airlines balloons in return for a voluntary donation for the benefit of the Sternthalerhof child’s hospice. More than EUR 8,000 was collected for a good cause at the Holiday Fair 2018.
This year once again features special trade fair offers for both charter and scheduled flights, which can only be booked at our four booking counters on site and also online at www.austrian.com during the Holiday Fair in the period January 10-13, 2019. For example, one can fly from Vienna to Cape Town starting at EUR 519 or to Los Angeles starting at EUR 479 (prices are for round trip tickets). Austrian Holidays offers flights EUR 59 to Italy, EUR 79 to Spain and starting at EUR 99 to Greece (one-way).
By the way, visitors to the Holiday Fair traveling on the U2 subway line can already get in contact with Austrian Airlines for the first time in the rebranded station “Messe” (trade fair). An interactive prize competition hosted by Austrian Holidays offering two holiday flights as prizes on each day of the trade show is located in the foyer right after the turnstiles.
