All Nippon Airways becomes a Major Partner of Japan Football Association to support national team tours and promote social issues awareness

  • ANA and the Japan Football Association have reached a basic agreement on the promotional “JFA Major Partner” contract.
  • In addition to supporting the Japan national team’s domestic and international tours, ANA will participate in social and sustainability initiatives.

TOKYO, JAPAN, 2023-Mar-01 — /Travel PR News/ — All Nippon Airways (ANA), Japan’s largest and 5-Star airline for 10 consecutive years, has reached an agreement with the Japan Football Association (JFA) to become a JFA Major Partner. The agreement will run from February 27, 2023 to December 31, 2026.

As a Major Partner of the JFA, ANA will support the Japan national team’s domestic and international tours as well as participate in initiatives to raise awareness of social issues and contribute to the development of a sustainable society.

ANA supports the activities of various athletic organizations and individual athletes based on the belief that the attitude of athletes, both as a group and individually, to take on challenges and make unremitting efforts toward their goals are deeply rooted in ANA’s spirit.

ANA and JFA both recently celebrated milestone anniversaries, positioning the partnership for success over the next three years. ANA, coming from humble beginnings with just two helicopters, celebrated its 70th anniversary in December 2022. As Japan’s largest airline, ANA continues to pursue its dream of becoming the wings that connect people around the world. JFA, which celebrated its 100th anniversary in September 2021, also has big dreams. Chief among them is winning the FIFA World Cup by 2050.
