Aeroflot and Transaero launch updated version of its flight and reservation checking service

MOSCOW, 2015-10-20 — /Travel PR News/ — An updated version of the reservation checking service is now available on the homepage of Transaero’s website to provide additional information to the airline’s passengers: http://info-services.transaero.ru/status

Customers can now check their flight status (as part of the daily flight plan) without contacting the Transaero call centre, and see the details of any new reservation created in the event of the flight being cancelled. Passengers should enter their family and first name (in Latin characters as per their tickets), the flight number without the UN code and the date of the flight.

Information about new reservations will be made available online once the Transaero call centre has re-issued each passenger’s ticket.

To ensure uninterrupted transportation for passengers of Transaero, Aeroflot has established a flight coordination centre to oversee Transaero operations. Transaero passengers will be carried up to 15 December on Transaero flights, and by Aeroflot Group companies and other Russian carriers. A flight schedule will be updated daily on the websites and official social media accounts of Aeroflot and Transaero.
