Highlighting local food and beverage dining, the annual seasonal dinner menus add complimentary food and wine tastings.
2013-05-30 — /travelprnews.com/ — Now in its fourth year, the 7 Days of ART officially kicks off summer in ART Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. The special dinner menus highlight a different food and beverage experience each night in the restaurant, from Monday’s Sips & Tips to Sunday’s Family Barbecue. In celebration of the restaurant’s upcoming fifth anniversary in November, Executive Chef Kerry Sear and his team have complimentary food or wine tastings in the Hotel’s lobby that are paired with each 7 Days of ART theme.
“People can still expect some of the same themes, such as the trip to Pike Place Market with Chef Jelle Vandenbroucke for Organic Wednesdays and ART Steakhouse on Saturdays, but we’ve added some bespoke options, like the make-your-own Ferris Wheel Cool Spin dessert for Sweet Tuesday,” says Chef Sear. “Then, we took it a step further in celebration of our 5th anniversary and introduced complimentary tastings in the lobby to give people a little 7 Days of ART experience and get them excited about what to expect each evening with the menus.”
