The 100 millionth passenger travelled on WIZZ’s London-Luton to Warsaw route today and to celebrate this milestone WIZZ surprised all passengers on board with the offer of a free flight. Over 40 million of all passengers who flew Wizz Air in the past 11 years travelled on one of the airline’s Polish routes. In response to the increasing popularity of its low fare offer Wizz Air has been continuously improving its customer service. Recently the airline introduced seat allocation and an additional allowance for passengers with priority boarding to carry a personal item with their cabin baggage.
