2013-05-24 — /travelprnews.com/ — Warwick International Hotels (WIH) reached a new milestone by entering into a management contract with Damas Real Estate, owner of a 357 room hotel in the heart of Dubai.
Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, at a walking distance of Dubai Financial Center, the hotel is designed as a 4+ star property and is scheduled to start operations by the end of the year. The hotel will be named Warwick Hotel Dubai.
The hotel has 357 rooms from Standards rooms, Club rooms to Suites spread over different floor categories, a spa & health floor, 5 F&B outlets (a Deli, a 360° Dubai view restaurant on the 44th floor, an all-day dining restaurant, a pool bar, a juice Bar, a music nightlife floor, an executive floor, extensive meeting facilities, tennis court and a roof top swimming pool.
The signing of this management contract marks a major step in the development of Warwick International Hotels. After establishing in the Middle East last year with the Warwick Il Palazzo Hotel & Suites in Amman-Jordan, the Winter Valley Warwick Resort & Spa Dead Sea-Jordan, the Warwick Pangéa Beach Resort & Spa-Lebanon and recently the Warwick Palm Beach Beirut-Lebanon. Warwick International Hotels plans to continue expanding its locations in the Middle East. Since 2012, WIH has established a regional office in Beirut.
