Two major Mauritian Hotel Groups join Hospitality Plus client base and switch to SynXis Central Reservation System

2012-12-11 — /travelprnews.com/ — Hospitality Plus, resellers of Sabre Hospitality Solutions in South-East Africa and Indian Ocean islands, are happy to announce that two major Mauritian-based hotel groups, Sun Resorts and Attitude, have joined its client base and have gone live with SynXis, the leading Central Reservation System and Online Booking Engine developed by Sabre Hospitality Solutions. A number of other hotels in the region are in the pipeline and shall soon be going live using Sabre Hospitality’s SynXis.

Sun Resorts is a leading Indian Ocean hotel group that currently manages five 4 and 5-star resorts in Mauritius – Le Touessrok, Long Beach, Sugar Beach, La Pirogue and Ambre – and one 5-star resort in the Maldives, Kanuhura. The group’s flagship property is Le Touessrok, one of the most iconic five-star luxury resorts in Mauritius, a member of The Leading Hotels of the World.

Attitude is a fast-growing hotel group of eight hotels in Mauritius, offering a total of 642 rooms. Created in June 2008, Attitude is today a new reference in the Mauritian hotel industry in the 3 and 4 star categories. Moreover, the building of Zilwa Attitude, a 4-star 215 rooms hotel in Kalodyne along the north coast of the island, has already started. The opening of this ninth hotel is planned in October 2013.
