Travel + Leisure readers vote for Le Spa once again
Paris, France – 2012-10-18 — /travelprnews.com/ — For the sixth consecutive year, the Spa at Four Seasons Hotel George V has been named one of the Best Hotel Spas in Europe by the US magazine Travel + Leisure.
The ranking, published annually, is determined by the votes of readers, who are invited to complete a questionnaire assessing their favourite Spa according to four criteria: atmosphere, treatments, service and value for money.
Decorated in a style reminiscent of Marie Antoinette’s boudoir, the Spa at the George V has been successful thanks to its classical French atmosphere and its range of treatments in constant evolution. “Spas have become increasingly important in recent years; they have become real sanctuaries dedicated to beauty and well-being. Guests come to our Spa for a moment of relaxation, plus they want to see true results. To meet their needs, we are continuously searching for the best Spa brands and products. The Spa at the George V offers 11 treatment rooms lined with toile de Jouy, including two dedicated to hairdressing and hair care, and a fitness centre and an indoor swimming pool with trompe l’oeil, giving guests the impression of being in the gardens of Versailles. The Spa menu highlights a wide selection of facials, body treatments, massages and wraps, available for a short break at lunchtime or in the form of longer packages. The pool and fitness area remain exclusively reserved for Hotel guests.
