At The Terrace, the New Year’s Eve international buffet dinner ($188 adult, $79 child) offers mouthwatering cuisine such as turkey roulade with stuffing and gravy; gammon ham with homemade apple sauce; a selection of crabs, prawns, slipper lobsters, oysters and yabbies. Other favourites include chilli crabs; tandoori chicken; dim sum station; sushi bar; charcuterie corner and an old world European counter display of assorted chesses from France, Italy and Spain.
End the evening with a wide selection of sweet treats such as raspberry mascarpone tart; forest berry cake; tropical fruit mille feuille; glühwein; ice fruit lollipops; apricot rosemary sabayon and many more!
While you enjoy the feast at The Cliff and The Terrace, be entertained by magician, juggler and appearances by Cat Woman, Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, Austin Power, Bruce Lee and a three-piece stroller from 8pm to 10pm.
