The chefs of Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach to showcase street food favourites on the go
Palm Beach, U.S.A., 2014-10-1 — /Travel PR News/ — With nine stops in 43 days, the second official Four Seasons Food Truck tour kicked off on September 15 and will be satisfying taste buds down the American East Coast including a six-day stop in Palm Beach where the mobile feast will call Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach its home from October 30 to November 4, 2014.
With Executive Chef Darryl Moiles leading the way, local foodies will be able to enjoy a tasty range of on-the-go gourmet meals inspired by the Resort’s three distinct restaurants – AB&G, Graze and Jové Kitchen & Bar. Street food favourites will include vampiros steak tacos (with chili quesadillas, cilantro, onions and roasted salsa), foie gras franks (with sweet pepper relish, house made beer mustard on a pretzel hot dog roll), patty melt burger (with caramelized shishito peppers and onions, white American cheese, spicy thousand island and fried jalapenos),loaded frites (with IPA braised bacon, fennel pollen, pecorino, curry aioli and garlic chives), fried arancini (with saffron and green pea risotto, mozzarella and bolognese) and more, all for under USD 10.00. Those with a sweet tooth will not be forgotten with choices such as milk chocolate and Florida citrus cake pops and cannoli with ricotta cheese and white chocolate.

- Friday, October 31 – Local Fire Station Charity Tour (11:00 am – 3:00 pm) and the Royal Palm Beach Food Truck Invasion (6:00-9:00 pm)
- Saturday, November 1 – West Palm Beach Green Market (9:00 am – 1:00 pm) and at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach (5:00-8:00 pm)
- Sunday, November 2 – Palm Beach Gardens Green Market (8:00 am – 1:00 pm) and The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens (4:00-7:00 pm)
- Tuesday, November 4 – the new Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, opening in December 2015 (11:30 am – 2:30 pm)
